Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan projects in line with the company's key strategic initiatives in Web3, with a special focus on DeFi, GameFi, and SocialFi.
• Manage project teams aimed at developing, testing, and launching new products and features.
• Organize development processes, ensuring interaction between various departments (development, UX/UI, testing) to achieve project goals.
• Direct and coordinate the work of developers and designers to create high-quality, effective, and user-oriented solutions.

Requirements

• Understanding of VPD (Value Proposition Design) and Design Thinking, with the ability to integrate these approaches into the product development process.
• Deep knowledge of blockchain and Web3, including DeFi, GameFi, and SocialFi, as well as experience working with the corresponding technological requirements and tools.
• Experience in interacting and managing teams, including task distribution design and effective project time management.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing market and technology conditions, maintaining a high level of motivation and productivity in the team.
