HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing an HR strategy in line with the startup's needs and goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the HR field, preferably in IT or startup environments.
• Deep understanding of recruitment principles and modern HR tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
• Desire to learn and develop in the field of cryptocurrencies and web3 technologies.
