Chief Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote a product/service and increase brand awareness and sales.
• Planning and conducting marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, PR, advertising and other channels.
• Market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
• Marketing budget management and cost effectiveness control according to reports and analytics.
• Building and managing a team of marketing specialists, including hiring, training and motivating employees.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a CMO or other senior management position in the field of marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, social media, advertising and analytics.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, taking into account the characteristics of the target audience and the product/service.
• High analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions based on data.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with different levels of colleagues and stakeholders.
• The ability to effectively manage a team, inspire it to achieve common goals and develop the professional skills of employees.
